The studio is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. It features a cozy bedroom with air conditioning and an attached bathroom equipped with a shower and 24 hour hot water.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing simple meals and comes fully equipped with essentials like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, utensils, pots, and pans. There’s even an RO water filter to keep your hydration needs sorted.

We’ve got you covered with all the basics: high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen, towels, and cutlery.

For those rare power outages, an inverter is in place to keep the essentials running for up to 4-5 hours, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Mandrem, our place is all about slowing down and enjoying the simple things. The beach is just 1.5 km away—an easy 5-minute ride—and spots like Dunes and Artjuna Café are super accessible from here.

The local market is just 100 meters down the road, so you’ve got everything you need close by. And if you’re in the mood for some comforting home-cooked food, there’s a cozy little restaurant just 50 meters from the property.

Guest has access to their studio and all the common areas in the house, including the odd table, hammock area, and the library.

We keep quite hours between 10pm and 7am.

Check-in and check-out times are set to ensure every guest has the same smooth experience. Early check-ins or late check-outs are usually tricky because the space stays busy, so I really appreciate your understanding on this.
