Events at Casa Lontano – Delhi Farmstay
At Casa Lontano, we are delighted to host guests and are committed to ensuring your experience is truly exceptional, whether you book a stay with us or choose our farmhouse for your special event.
Below are the details for event bookings:
- For a half day event, the charge is INR 20,000, along with a refundable security deposit of INR 5,000, payable in advance.
- For a full day event, the charge is INR 25,000, along with a refundable security deposit of INR 7500, payable in advance.
- Outside catering and decorators are welcome. However, we kindly ask that vendors treat our space with care and ensure it is returned to its original condition. Please adhere to the agreed timelines, as we may have other bookings before and after your event.
Please note the following important details:
- The bathrooms attached to both bedrooms are accessible from outside the house and will be open for use. We request that they be cleaned after the event.
- Bedrooms are not to be accessed, except in exceptional circumstances.
- The living room is available for your use.
- The functional open kitchen should not be used. Caterers should set up outside in the lawn or pool area
- While the pool itself is not for use, you are welcome to set up tables and decorations around it. Our staff will maintain the pool, and the filtration plant is off-limits to guests.
Payments can be made via net banking or UPI, with GST at 18% applicable. We will provide bank details once you are ready to proceed with the booking.
For stays, you can book through Airbnb or directly on our website (www.casalontano.com). If you book a stay, it is acceptable to have a few friends over for an evening, but not a full-scale event or party. Please note that a minimum stay of two nights is required.
