By visiting Our Platform and/or by providing Your information and/or by availing Our Services, You consent to the collection, storage, and use of the information You disclose on Our Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to, Your consent for sharing Your information as per this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that even if You are not a registered User with Us, We may collect information about You if a registered User has provided Us with Your information to facilitate Services.

If you login to the Platform via Facebook or another third-party platform or service, we ask for Your permission to access certain information which is already given under that account, such as Your name, profile picture, account ID number, email address, location, the physical location of Your access devices, and birthday.

By using our Services You give explicit consent to sharing Your information with third parties by the Company, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In addition, You accept and undertake that Your information may be shared:

During a Change in Control: If Casa Lontano undergoes a business transaction like a merger, acquisition, corporate divestiture, or dissolution (including bankruptcy), or a sale of all or some of its assets, we may share, disclose, or transfer all of Your data to the successor organization during such transition or in contemplation of a transition (including during due diligence).

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

We make a reasonable effort to provide accurate information but cannot warrant that any information provided is accurate, complete, reliable, or current. We provide no warranty or assume liability for any information on the Platform. Except as required by law, neither Casa Lontano nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from the service or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement. The Platform shall not be responsible or liable for Orders that are  asnot provided as per the information displayed on the Platform.

  1. Our Casa Lontano Platform and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to Your use of the Services and third-party websites.
  1. Cookies are small files that are stored on Your browser or device by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:
  1. Authenticating users;
  2. Remembering user preferences and settings; 
  3. Determining the popularity of content;

  1. Casa Lontano shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Casa Lontano’s reasonable control. 
  1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. 
  1. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable, or sub-licensable by You except with Casa Lontano’s prior written consent. 
  1. Last But Not Least
  1. The Platform may contain links to other sites and applications and the Company does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and contents of those sites and applications.
  1. The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy by publishing it on the Site at any time. The Company’s amended Privacy Policy provisions become effective on the date when they are posted on the Site.
